How do I book a suite?

Is prepayment required?

No prepayment is required to reserve. Payment is settled on arrival unless we agree otherwise directly.

How much does a night cost?

Nightly rates start from USD 12 / UGX 40,000 for a Standard Double Room and go up to USD 50 / UGX 186,000 for the Family Suite. All prices are tax inclusive — see the Rooms page for full details.

What is the best time to visit Mbale?

The drier months are generally December–February and June–August, making them ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking Mount Elgon, Wanale Hill, and visiting Sipi and Sisiyi Falls. The wetter months are typically March–May and September–November, when the region is at its greenest and most scenic.

Mbale enjoys a mild, pleasant highland climate year-round thanks to its position at the foot of Mount Elgon. Daytime temperatures typically range between 18°C and 28°C, with cooler evenings — comfortable for both sightseeing and relaxing at the suites.

How far is Palm Suites from the Clock Tower?

Palm Suites is conveniently located less than 1 km from the Mbale City Centre Clock Tower — roughly a 3–5 minute drive or a short, easy walk into town.

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

How many guests can stay in one unit?

Each unit sleeps up to 3 guests — a double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

What is included in the suite?

A separate bedroom, a living room with a flat-screen TV and DSTV, two private bathrooms, a kitchenette, free high-speed 5G WiFi and access to our quiet, secure compound.
